After the wall.

After a good cry, some good conversation with the best midwife ever and being loved on by my wonderful husband and daughter, I feel good today.

This baby is coming.
My body is doing what it needs to do.
I will end this pregnancy with grace.

Tonight, there will be a dance party.
Can't hurt right?!

41 weeks

Today.
I've hit a wall.
Hard.

I'm getting a lesson in trust.
Trusting my body.
Trusting my baby.

I know my baby is healthy and is staying in as long as possible for a reason.
I'm just ready.

I honestly thought I was going to wake up in labor this morning or sometime in the night.
Yet.
Here I am.
Still pregnant and NOT in labor.

I know this baby will come in his or her own perfect timing.
I'm just sad today.

It doesn't help seeing everyone that was due at or right around the same time as me, holding their sweet little babies.
I am happy for them.
But very jealous.

Sorry you get to hear me whine.
I just needed to vent.
