The Finale

Day three of the cleanse over with. I made it...only I ate something 3 hours early. At nine tonight I had a Hawaiian roll. I was starving today. I did the whole cleanse but didn't want to go to bed starving. Leena was something else the last two days and wore me out which doesn't help in the hungry department. My mother in law cheered me on though and was proud at how far I made it. So I can't officially say I did it completely...but I completed it before I ate something. Does that count? ;) In the past 3 days with this I've lost 4 pounds. Woot. Unintentional weight loss is fun and helped with my "problem area" of my lower belly.
I got my massage and acupuncture today. Keetha was laughing at my rambling about a piece of toast while she was stabbing me with needles. So she put a point in for the stomach and that helped for a few hours. :)

How many needles can you find?
And yes, I was wearing clothes. Apparently it's winter by Louisiana's standards today which called for my favorite PPP tube hybrid dress. I want my winter weather back. COLD winter weather.

I can't wait to get my vegetarian burrito tomorrow as my celebration of the cleanse lunch.

Leena fell asleep on the couch while we were watching a movie....like this...

And her arm was going UP the back of the couch. She laid like this a good 30-45 minutes.
