Pumpkin Patch Day

Last week we had a family day. We went to the park and played tennis, poorly I will add, (we lost two of our three balls over the fence and into the sludge filled wash) and then ran around the park for a bit.
Love the belly.

After the park we decided we would walk to the pumpkin "patch" from our house. It's only about a block away…not even that if we could cut through the back of the church. So off we went.
My baby knows how to lift with the knees. Look at that form. ;)

She also learned all about acorns.

Now we are left with pumpkins that have been chewed and stolen from tiny little squirrels. One was mocking me today. Chirping at me like he was saying, "Nee ner nee ner nee ner, I just fed my entire family with your pumpkins." Seriously squirrels, the pumpkins are out all night at the church just a block down. Go knock yourselves out.

Peace and Love.

P.S. Tomorrow I start this:

I'm excited. :) It will be fun!
